These training tools complement the newly updated RCAP guidance manuals (2021): “Formulate Great Rates” guide and “The Big Guide for Small Systems.” Go ahead and sign in with your name and email for tracking purpose to get a certificate of completion. You’ll use that same login to access these and future courses.

These are the first of a “How2 Series” we hope to continue. These modules cover the following managerial/financial topics:

It offers a flexible approach to evaluating sustainable alternatives for utility operations. Updates and expands on an earlier guide published under the same title in 2009 by one of RCAP’s regional partners, the Rural Community Assistance Corporation, the Western RCAP.
